more stuff......I haven't posted in about a month!!!!!

gift bags for my children's teacher gifts.
The one above and the one below are done for a black and white, and a color pop contest.....they are going to be a part of 2 separate albums that I am working on that are a memorial to one of my cousin's who passed away almost 4 years ago now. So you will see two of a lot of pages and I'm not going crazy, I promise.....at least no more so than I already am!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

These two pages are created using the Eulogy that was read by his girlfriend's best friend at the funeral. This is not a type of page that I plan to do again.....it really took a lot of work and a lot of time.......I'm also not real sure that I truly like the pages!! you'll have to let me know if you like them!!!!!!

These are the 2009 desk calendar, post-it holder, and altered clipboards that I created for the teachers in the classrooms that my boys frequent.......I hope that they enjoy them!!!!!

I had a real habit of calling all of my pets FRED when I was a little girl.....this was my female cat that I had in 1984 when my younger brother was born.
The one above and the two below were created for a contest that required the use of a Christmas song in the title.....I chose to use Santa Claus is Coming to Town for all three and I made one page for each of my boys......I used the pictures from Christmas 2007.


Here is another set of pages about my cousin and the girl he was seeing when he passed away!!!
These two pages go along with the red pages in the blog entry before this one using the pagemaps sketch......These pics were taken at Showbiz Pizza Place when my cousin and I were 4 years old......It was my cousin's birthday party but we were only 6 weeks apart in age.

This set of layouts comes from a sketch from one of my Aussie Sites and it is about my cousin and his love for hunting!

Sketchfest Dec 2008 at Creative Scrappers

Well, I don't have a whole lot of time or a whole lot of energy right now so I am not going to put a lot of information in here tonight......I just wanted to get some of my pages posted since I have been AWOL for a while......I have more to post from different competitions, but this is a start.....I really love working on the sketches that the ladies put up for the Sketchfest.......Tons of fun!!!!

Now I'm off to put my boys to sleep so I can go to bed.......I was up until 430am writing a paper only to get up at 630am to go to class to turn it in!!!! I don't think I like procrastination anymore.....It's a lot harder now that I have kids than it was a few years ago when I was single, that is to stay up all night and then get up and do it all over again.....wow I just can't do this anymore!

Ok...Some new stuff for Serendipity Scrapbooks

This lo is titled Papa's Day - My oldest boy Aidan was about 2 or 3 months old when all of these pics were taken!

This is one of those picture cards that you get from family.....the challenge was to use a punch in the LO..............I chose to do the angels with this one!

The three of these LOs are created using the exact same supplies and the exact same pictures, I just changed the orientation of the pieces a little. Theese were fun to do and now I have one for each of my boys!!!!

This picture was of my grandpa and I back when I was about 6 years. My grandfater died within a year from this date nso this picture is very special to me!!!!!

I so love the daily challenges over here at serendipity. I have a blast with the contests that they come up with!!!!

Serendipity Sketch challenges

Here are my newest sketch renditions that I just finished last night. I haven't even posted these on SS yet, but I will probably when I finish with this post. These pics were taken while my husband, his borther, and myself were on a trip to Seattle Washington to visit their mother. My husband and I weren't married quite yet but I had just found out that I was pregnant with our oldest son. My mother-in-law wanted a new family pic so she took us down to the local Wal-mart and had us take pics!!!!! She had fun!!!! LOL

Mad about Scrappin' Cybercrop

This one was created from a sketch challenge they had on the site.

This one was created with the only requirement being Mad About.... in the title of the lo.

This one was created for the blind scrap that I talk about below......I really love this pic and I just took it the other night. I don't always get to see my boys being sweet and peaceful!!! LOL

This one was also a sketch challenge. These pics were taken at the hospital about 2 hours after my twin boys were born. They have my oldest son, my mom, my dad, my step mother, my step-sister, and of course the babies!!!

I just finished working on some stuff for an Australian cybercrop that has been going on this past weekend. I love it....they even had a blind scrap challenge where they gave us the directions but no example and we cannot post them we have to email them to the person responsible for this challenge and she will post them all later!!!! It was interesting and actually kind of hard.
