Hybrid Scrapbooking - September Cybercrop!!!!!!

So much fun.....I just wish that I would have had more free time this weekend to complete the other layouts that I didn't get to work on!!!!!!!

I had a very interesting weekend - my husband messed up while working on the underside of his truck and hurt himself....very interesting situation......then we had company both evenings and our company has two little girls and so we had 5 little ones running around and having fun!!!! I loved it!!!!!

here are the pics of the two challenges that I was able to complete before the deadline was over for the crop!!!!!

Hello!!!!!

Well hello....it has been a long week and a a long last weekend!!!!! Sorry that I haven't been in and iven you any more pics, but I just haven't been up to the challenge. I'm hoping that I will have fun with the scrappy cybercrop this weekend!!!! Well I will be back with news later today hopefully!!!! If not have a wonderful weekend and I hope that everyone stays healthy!!!!!!!

Serendipity Scrapbooks Daily Challenges

This is the 9-1-08 12X12 page maps sketch challenge.....This one was very fun and time consuming to construct!!!!! I think that I like the result!!!

This one was the Why Do I Scrapbook? challenge - it required 3 reasons and each reason had to have 3 sub reasons.....This was interesting and there are many other ways that I could take this challenge and I may try later on in the month, but this is the first idea I had so I went with it!!!!

This is the 9-1-08 card sketch - Page Maps ----This one was fun and interesting.....I will have to try another one as I really do like the sketch.....lots of possibilities!!!!!

I hope that you guys like everything that I have posted.....we will see how long it takes me to come up with some more new stuff!!!!

Scrap Lounge Cybercrop

Now these layouts are for an Australian forum that I am a part of!!!!! They have a pretty cool cybercrop once a month and always have great prizes!!!! I'm excited to see how I do after the weekend is over!!!!!! The challenges were as follows

1. sketch challenge with a sketch by Jody and the extra requirements were to only use 5 different papers and 5 different types of embellishments

2. Monochromatic challenge - shades of one color, minimal black or white for journaling, and must have hand or machine sewing!!

3. Popular Art - must use vintage or pop art and a spotty paper

4. Picture challenge - must submit a picture of something that you consider therapy!

Gettin Sketchy - Labor Day Sketch

I made this layout for the Gettin Sketchy challenge Blog.....I really like the simplicity of the sketch.....I generally have trouble leaving white space like this, but I really like the way this page turned out!!!!!! I hope that you like it!!!!
